We went thru the drive thru and the and asked for bbq sauce for our tenders.When handed the bag no sauce when we asked about it.We were informed there wasn't any in the bag is because they were out.Should we been informed of this instead of just not putting nothing in the bag.Then when we brought it to the worker she hada grin on her face.Really?

Maybe you should have checked your order before you left the counter unless you were too lazy to go in. Then you should have checked your order before you drove away. you know they're young.so who's fault is it?
Same here!! Sat in the take out line for 8 minutes not moving, then went inside only to be ignored. Finally just left without dinner. Corporate office really needs to clean house and hire people who actually want to work instead of joking and gossiping while the customers wait for them.

Yes KFC does give military discounts. I called and inquired and it's one of the greatest military discounts that I've ever seen or heard about for a local fast food restaurant.
They give a discount of 25% for military - veterans. This is more than awesome/incredible and it's also to be appreciated.
This is in addition to the great products and prices they already have on their menu!
I am disappointed ....
It's 1 of the worst Restaurants i've ever been too.
This seems to be a trend now at this store-perhaps Corporate needs to investigate?!
